This is the official help library for Teknora Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Here you'll find step-by-step guidance for every screen in the system, backed by screenshots and important notes.
Fastest way to get help
From inside any screen in the system, press F1 or the Help (?) button at the top of the screen, and the help page for that exact screen opens directly, in the same language your system is currently set to.
How to use this library¶
- List screens: like "Asset Registry" — show all records in a table, with filters, search, and sorting.
- Details screens: like "Asset Details" — open when you click a specific record, and contain all its data across sub-tabs.
Every help page covers:
- The purpose of the screen and when to use it.
- An explanation of the key fields and buttons.
- Practical steps (add, edit, delete, search...).
- Important notes and warnings (e.g. delete conditions, required fields).
